Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship orders out to customers within 48 hours payment. Our standard shipping option delivers to your door via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post within 48 working hours. Express delivery is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post and typically arrives within 24 working hours after shipping.

You can find out more information about our shipping costs and order processing or delivery times on our shipping policy page.

How should I wear my grip socks?

Grip socks can be worn under or over your standard football kit socks. However we recommend wearing them as normal socks and wearing a bare of cut-off or football football kit socks. They can be attached together with either ourpremium sock tapeor outself-adhesive sock wrap.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! We have an extremely popular subscription service on the items in your kit bag that you need to keep replacing often, such as:

Sock Tape

Sock Wrap

Underwrap

We all have those team mates that want to use your tape as soon as it leaves your kit bag so by getting us to automatically ship you fresh rolls out each week/month, stops you running out! You can select the number of rolls you would like to be delivered and then we'll ship them out every month for you. A typical player goes through 2-3 rolls per month, depending on how many matches you play per week and how generous you are in the changing rooms! But obviously everyone's different so order as many or as few as you like... or simply place one order and stock up for the season!
