What To Do If My Order Hasn't Arrived?
Due to the high number of orders we ship out every day, on very rare occasions some orders can get delayed or lost in transit.
We typically send out your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Orders are then collected by Evri and delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note, this excludes weekends. We have no control over the speed of deliveries. If you have a query regarding your actual delivery, this must be directed to Evri. Once it has left our hands you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text.
Before contacting us, please make sure you have checked the tracking of your order which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received one, check your junk/spam folder.
When contacting us, we require your order number and delivery address to be confirmed. Please include these in enquiries. If we do not receive them and you have not already checked the order's tracking. Delays may be caused in the resolution of your missing order.
If you have not received your order within 10 days (total) of placing it, please contact us and we will happily provide you with a refund or send out a replacement order via next day delivery for free. We'll report it to Evri so you don't have to worry about the lost parcel. If it turns up after that - feel free to keep it!
Important: please note that for orders that were placed over 23 days ago, we unfortunately cannot do anything about as this surpasses the Evri claim time. So please let us know before that!
Finally - please bare with us. We are a small business and missing parcels frustrate us more than most. We want you to receive and enjoy our products more than you do! Remember we have no control over orders once they leave our hands.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to post all orders out within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation. Our standard delivery times are 48 working hours after shipping. Express delivery is send via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and typically arrives within 24 working hours after your order is shipped. Orders can sometimes arrive sooner depending on the time of your order.
You will receive an order as soon as your order is marked as dispatched.
We advise tracking your order here before contacting us about a delayed order as once we have handed your package over to the courier, we have limited control over it.

As a last resort, we do offer free 30 day returns of any unused items you have ordered. More details can be found in our returns policy.
